For My Family

I know I wasn't going to post again...but since it's been over a year now...

Here is a gift I made my parents for Christmas. It was the first thing of this sort I've ever done so it took waaaaaay too long! I only glued my fingers together once thankfully.

The idea came one night after a trip to Disney World. It is a visual overload there! The base started as a drawing of the dormer window (of my room growing up) my father built onto their house. The rest followed...

Work in progress

Final, unframed version (glue still drying, it ended up in a black frame)

Fred Fredburger Spots

I just realized someone posted clips of Fred Fredburger (Billy and Mandy) I animated for the Summer Promo spots on CNS. They were just random spots done in the middle of working on Foster's.
I actually animated two One minute spots but they used them as shorter clips on tv. Here are two clips they used but were done as one. I can't remember if anything is missing in the middle... They were fun to do though because I got the audio track and was free to make up what he was going to do. (The Eugene Smith phrase was added by others in charge elsewhere though).

My first post...and maybe my last!

I really just created this blog so I could post comments on my friend's blogs. I probably won't update it with anything really.
...So, I'm going to take the shortcut and post something that someone else put on youtube.com. It is a sequence I animated back in January '06 from an episode of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. The voice acting made it fun to animate.
